all the companies are lookig for experienced people,but the candidates who are freshers with more talent and creativity like me are wishing to work in a good companies are not getting any more oppurtunities to prove themselves,this is the thing with which iam suffering from lot of months…..
yes, i agree to Mr. RamKumar, freshers and young talents r totally ignored by the Animation Studios. They only want experienced artist so the question arises that wat is the future of animation in India if Young Talents are not getting any chance to show there creativity which is very sad.
