Three Cheers for ‘Yama and Moo’

After blog upon blog of cribbing about the absolute crap coming out of Indian animation studios, here is something that will bring a smile to your lips and make your chest swell with pride. A short CG animated film conceived, produced and executed by a young team of Indian animators. A brilliant piece of art, it is the result of a collaboration between Void Films and Frameboxx Incubation Center. Don’t take my word for it. See it for yourself and send your feedback. Enjoy!!

  1. Sorry I can’t share your enthusiasm for the short, Akshata. I didn’t like that at all.

  2. Hi,

im impressed with the world they have created as well as the inherent humour that emanates from the characters.

i however consider the concept to be too vague and undefined, it does not really say anything.

but if this is the quality of work students are starting to churn out i cant wait for the next 2-3 years of content..

  3. That’s OK Rohit. To each his own :) BTW, have begun work on my own stop-motion film. Though, keeping my current schedule in mind, I can’t be sure when it will see the light of day!

  4. Kuchh Bhi!!!

  5. Nice try .. but description is makin it look bad .. talk as much as u do .. the work is ok .. typical Frameboxx quality .. lots of talking …nd comparitively less quality ..
